Shipping and Payment

Payment 

You can pay with us in many different ways. At Awlala we never charge extra costs for a specific payment method. We offer the following payment options, among others:

MasterCard & Visa

You can pay with your Mastercard or Visa credit/credit cards. You can assume that this method of payment is safe with us. We encrypt your credit card details via the SSL method and this is always safe. During the payment you will be asked for your CVC code. This 3-digit code can be found on the back of your credit card, it is the last 3 digits.

Bank transfer

You can transfer the total order amount to one of the following bank accounts. Please mention the order number in the reason area.

Cash on delivery

With this option payment can be made on delivery rather than in advance. 

Return payments

After you have returned an order, you will receive a confirmation. We will then refund the purchase amount of your returned item(s) to the specified account number within ten working days.

Please note: we cannot refund money when paying directly to the seller. Instead, you will arrange all return payments with the seller itself.

Delivery

Of course you want to have your order delivered as soon as possible. At Awlala we do everything we can to make that happen!

With your order you can choose delivery options to your preferred address. Delivery addresses can be managed in your account or you can add any new address during checkout.

If you choose the seller to arrange the delivery means, it is upto the seller and all communications should be directed to the seller. 

If you choose Awlala to arrange delivery, we send your packages via shipping agencies in Addis Abeba. Currently delivery outside Addis Abeba is not possible.
